About the Chapter

This Chapter was organized in 1977 and had Articles of Incorporation approved by National AGA on Nov. 9, 1978. Our chapter is the only AGA chapter in the state. We meet approximately once per month, offering 2 to 3 CPEs per event. Meetings begin at 11:30am or 1:00pm and are generally held at a state office building on the state capitol complex in Des Moines. Additionally, we host an all-day spring seminar offering approximately 8 CPE hours. Whether you work for state, federal, county, city, school, or private industry, you’re welcome to join our chapter!
